The 30-day guarantee
In short
- If your Agentic OS isn’t in production 30 days after kickoff, and you did your part, you get the setup fee back.
- What “in production” means is agreed in writing before we start.
- Prefer us to keep going instead? We keep working at no extra cost until it’s live.
What it covers
The one-off setup fee of an “Agentic OS in 30 days” project.
It does not cover the Diagnostic fee or monthly Operate & scale fees.
What “in production” means
The agreed scope is handling real work in your live systems, as described in the success criteria signed at the end of the Diagnostic.
When the 30 days start
On the kickoff date, once we have access to the systems and data listed in the signed plan.
What we need from you
Access to the agreed systems within 5 working days of kickoff.
A named owner on your side, and feedback within 2 working days when we ask for it.
If something on your side is late, the date moves by the same number of days.
What isn’t covered
Changes to scope after sign-off, unless we agree a new date in writing.
Outages or breaking changes in third-party systems we don’t control, and force majeure.
How to claim
Write to us within 14 days after day 30. We confirm within 5 working days and refund within 30 days of confirmation.
Or tell us you’d rather we keep going: we continue at no extra cost until the agreed scope is live.
