What we can promise before it: a fixed setup fee agreed before we start, a fixed monthly fee to operate, and no hourly billing.

No minimum term. Operate & scale runs month to month and you can stop whenever you want; everything we built keeps running and stays yours. Most clients stay because each month adds an agent or an improvement, not because a contract makes them.
Yes, and most companies do. The first Agentic OS usually covers one team and the two or three agents that remove its biggest pain. Once the numbers are in, you add the next team on the same foundation, with the rules, memory and command center already in place. Starting small is how it goes live in 30 days.
You leave with everything. The code, prompts, data and accounts are already in your name, so nothing needs to be migrated or exported. We hand over the documentation and spend a session with whoever takes it on, whether that is your team or another partner. No exit fee, no notice period beyond the current month.
Yes. We have offices in Cascais and Dubai and clients across Europe, the United States and the Middle East. Work happens in English or Portuguese, remotely by default, with on-site sessions when the Diagnostic or the launch calls for it. Contracts and invoicing are handled from Portugal for EU clients and from Dubai for the region.
