The role
An agent in production still needs people: to review what it did, approve what it isn’t sure about and see what it’s worth. You’ll design those moments. The command center our clients open every morning, the review queues their teams work through, the report that goes to the board. You’ll work in small teams with engineers, from the first client workshop to the screen that ships, and on the products we run ourselves.
What you’ll do
- Design the command center, review queues and approval flows our clients use every day.
- Join client workshops and turn what you see into flows people can follow on a busy Monday.
- Make agent work readable: what it did, why, how sure it was, and what it saved.
- Build and keep our design system with the engineers, in Figma and in code.
- Watch real users after launch and bring back what to change.
What you bring
- 4+ years designing B2B software or internal tools that people use all day.
- A portfolio that shows how you think, not only how it looks: the problem, the trade-offs, the result.
- Comfort with dense interfaces: tables, filters, states, errors and empty screens.
- You work side by side with engineers and know what a component costs to build.
- Clear written English. Portuguese is a plus, not a requirement.
Nice to have
- You write HTML and CSS, or have shipped front-end work in Vue or with Tailwind.
- You have designed for AI products: confidence, uncertainty, human review.
- Accessibility you can defend in a review: contrast, keyboard, screen readers.
